Well the walkaway guy is under indictment. And he did nothing violent. He was supposed to give a speech in front of the capital.
Any MAGA people in the vicinity will probably get the Flynn treatment. ANTIFA/BLM disguised as MAGA, but exposed as they truly are, may just get a slap on the wrist.
The narrative is that MAGA rioted and are guilty of insurrection, and facts will not be allowed to get in the way of the narrative.
The walkaway guy was an outspoken Trump supporter and is married to Katie Hopkins. That alone explains why he is under indictment.
