Did Roberts not say it was unconstitutional to preside over a private citizen? (So now he’s recognizing the Constitution)?

Then, impeach x-SOS Hillary Clinton for the same offense according to her rhetoric when quoting a poem about the difficulties of slavery.

The only thing I saw was that he said something sorta like, he is supposed to preside over impeachment trials of a sitting President. Since DJT is no longer president, Chief Justice is not required.
