You might consider adding bee pollen to your daily regimen, allergies and asthma are just 2 of 11 things where it can help your body build immunities.

Basically I added every OTC that can boost immunity. I put garlic, pepper and bee pollen in my pepper grinder and season all my food with it. I also make sure to get plenty of vitamins and minerals esp. extra dosages of vitamin C & D plus zinc and occasionally I gargle with colloidal silver, no colds, flu nor sinus infections for 11 months now - when I started.

I’ll try that. I’m currently taking D3, zinc/quercetin, C, a daily vitamin for people over 50, and other immune boosting supplements. My husband won’t take supplements. He’d rather take a shot. Not me. I’ll find some bee pollen.

Believe it or not, my asthma specialist told me a long time ago to eat local raw honey but I haven’t been so I need to do that too.
