IF they are only talking about actual currently exploited deposits there might be a grain of truth in it, but there is 0% probability that this is correct if one is considering proven and probable reserves. Also, there are large deposits locked up in restricted areas (wilderness, military reservations, etc...)
Given the current state of affairs I see this as more likely the “setup” for manipulating the supply so that the plebes can be further restricted/managed by “shortages” and TPTB can make a giant killing on price runups.

It seems the wayback machine content has been modified in the URL but not it's ability to link "PENCE HATES TRUMP" to the modified archives. *smh*
The question also remains, although unfinished why is it still up? Anyone who was paying attention to the election of 2016 will remember the battle President Trump waged with the Republican party and how they conspired not to accept him on their little platform. Recall all the back and forth wanting Trump to sign papers that if not elected in the primary that he would not RUN ON A THIRD PARTY.

So we have a thread of communications via secure protonmail to review. Looks like we have Speaker Paul Ryan, Mike Pence, Jim Atterholt, Pence’s Chief of Staff, GOP power broker John David Hoppe and “Chase” at Patrol Design.
At the link, the author asks if the reader is wondering why Pence/Ryan would discuss hijacking a national election and suggests the reason is because Bernie and Hillary were doing poorly, and "...they already knew some of their past sins were well known and discussed by the Trump Election team."
I think this explains Pence's hatred for President Trump.
