I think the small photos in the McNaughton painting are of his mother, Mary Anne Trump and his father, Fred Trump as seen in the oval office (see link)...

Those pictures are of Trump’s parents not the Rosenbergs. They were on the credenza in the oval office for Trump’s entire term of office. Why would you stir things up by saying the pictures are the Rosenbergs?
