Sometimes it takes 36-40 hrs before the wind down comes. Then 8-12 hrs.
It's better in summer when I can get out and get sunshine and work in the garden. I read somewhere that sunshine helps you somehow with having a correct bio rhythm.

This is the spiciest post I have seen all day on http://patriots.win...
So living in a commie state I have several commie co-workers that were gleeful when Biden took office. One lady was even dancing around in front of me taunting me that they won.
Fast Forward a few days. She looks totally depressed and no longer wants to talk about politics and looks away when I bring up what a s**t job her commie leader is doing. It’s not even been a week and she looks a year older.
The s**t show is sinking in to what they signed into. She asked me to please stop bringing up politics and I told her no since she was so gleeful s**t talking Trump for 4 years now she gets to hear it. I have to say it brought me true joy to see that look on her face.

“FISH ON! FISH ON!”
...as the reel screams and line is spooling out...
That’s what we (MissWhisper & I) want to hear
Don’t often get January days as perfect as today is forcast to be.
Winds 5-10 from the SE
Seas 2 feet, 4 second interval
High tide at 5:18am and outgoing at sunrise.
Waxing crescent moon
Low 65/high 80 this afternoon
Looking for early tuna, then going deeper for Wahoo, then run-n-gun 15 miles offshore for dolphin.
Out there, where the sky is horizon to horizon, the water is so clear and beautiful blue, you can see 75 feet down as the sun’s rays push through the deep, knowing it’s 1500’ down. Praise music playing. Just the wind, the waves, the sun and the Son. It’s church. No chatty Kathy, or talky Tina welcome.
Happy Sunday All.
I was THIS —> <— close to falling asleep but MOD just HAD to send a FReepmail and woke me up. I’m blaming her =o)
