Have the second part require how the assumption was accomplished: Examples: Slow Joe spits his strained carrots and peas all over the VP and Cabinet again. VP unholsters the 25th.
Example: Doctor Jill spots Slow Joe in the Rose Garden choking on some dog poo he has eaten. Doctor Jill gives him mouth-to-mouth and a stern lecture but fails to revive him. VP Camel acends.
Example: Sources in the VP’s office start a rumor that Slow Joe has dirt on Hillary. Slow Joe is found dead in the multi-gender bathroom. Secret Service speculate that he was a victim of a mugging although the muggers didn’t take the nuclear football, his wallet, cellphone or his super bowl ring. VP acends.

I saw that. Its just another message for anybody paying attention. Just like sticking him on an older model 767 for his much heralded first flight on AF1. This whole presidency thing is a charade. He’s not being allowed to fly on AF1 because he’s not president.

Like it or not, Presidents fly on aircraft other than 747s and that aircraft is designated AF1.
