How can a former President be impeached ? I dont get it help me understand WTF is going on !

If he’s impeached and convicted he won’t be able to run for office again. The left is scared of Trump, because he showed what a President who loves our country can do. Only the young and ignorant would vote democrat after seeing what President Trump did for 4 years.
Nobody has standing to challenge anything.

But what this really proves is that Trump kicked ass in this election and they are frantic to stop the underlining movement same as the did with the tea party. There is no telling what this will morph into. Personally I'm not sure what part Trump will play.

It’s ridiculous to think than any conservative let alone Trump can run for office again and win.
Trump is DONE without justice and reversal of Nov3-2020.
America DIED on the 6th, and our military laid their arms at the feet of the CCP on Jan 20th.
That is all there is to it.
Our only hope now is in God Himself.
The House will present their side in all its dirtiest, most absurd lies. Then when it’s Trump’s turn to present his evidence, there will be some crisis so that the trial has to adjourn. It will never again be brought up so that only the lies will remain in peoples’ minds and the history books.

If they could spend $10 billion of tax dollars to ensure he can’t run again, they would.
Democrats can do anything they want.
The last two months have proven that.
Simple they know they stole the election and the know Trump will be back so need to impeach so he can’t run again.
