Can you share your tortilla recipe? I sure miss the homemade tortillas at the Mexican restaurants in Bakersfield. I miss everything about those restaurants, we just don’t have good Mexican food here. Although when you go into the restaurants they are staffed by what I think are people from Mexico or South America, they all speak Spanish. I don’t know why they can’t cook well.

I don’t use recipes for most of what I cook. Flour, salt, shortening and not a lot of baking power. Mix and add water. Knead until elastic, break off dough and roll into same size balls. Roll out in to circles then cook on clean grill, flipping over by hand.
I go by fingers and looks instead of measurement but you could probably look it up. Just try to find recipes not written by gringos.

This investigation is a continuation of the greatest political Witch Hunt in the history of our Country, whether it was the never ending $32 million Mueller hoax, which already investigated everything that could possibly be investigated, “Russia Russia Russia,” where there was a finding of “No Collusion,” or two ridiculous “Crazy Nancy” inspired impeachment attempts where I was found NOT GUILTY. It just never ends!
So now, for more than two years, New York City has been looking at almost every transaction I’ve ever done, including seeking tax returns which were done by among the biggest and most prestigious law and accounting firms in the U.S. The Tea Party was treated far better by the IRS than Donald Trump. The Supreme Court never should have let this “fishing expedition” happen, but they did. This is something which has never happened to a President before, it is all Democrat-inspired in a totally Democrat location, New York City and State, completely controlled and dominated by a heavily reported enemy of mine, Governor Andrew Cuomo. These are attacks by Democrats willing to do anything to stop the almost 75 million people (the most votes, by far, ever gotten by a sitting president) who voted for me in the election—an election which many people, and experts, feel that I won. I agree!
The new phenomenon of “headhunting” prosecutors and AGs—who try to take down their political opponents using the law as a weapon—is a threat to the very foundation of our liberty. That’s what is done in third world countries. Even worse are those who run for prosecutorial or attorney general offices in far-left states and jurisdictions pledging to take out a political opponent. That’s fascism, not justice—and that is exactly what they are trying to do with respect to me, except that the people of our Country won’t stand for it.
In the meantime, murders and violent crime are up in New York City by record numbers, and nothing is done about it. Our elected officials don’t care. All they focus on is the persecution of President Donald J. Trump.
I will fight on, just as I have, for the last five years (even before I was successfully elected), despite all of the election crimes that were committed against me. We will win!
What is amazing to me is that Garland admits this double standard, it’s all out in the open.
He said that 1/6 was worse than the Oklahoma City bombing or the KKK, let that sink in.

We are also concerned about the market with my FIL’s house, we want to get it on the market before Biden destroys the economy...
we sent pictures a month ago so they could pick out stuff and we would box it up and store it for them. We did ok with my SIL in Germany, but for my BIL, he wants to come down next week and pick stuff out. Hopefully, we can at least get the furniture out, the sentimental stuff boxed up (we decided to keep it all, and give it to nieces/nephews for wedding/housewarming gifts). The rest of the stuff we will probably do a yard sale or post on Nextdoor.
We met with an estate sale company and they were so rude, we decided against an estate sale.
I’m sorry about your daughter, my 18 year old wants to move in with his brother, but it’s on good terms. I’m sad and glad. Sad for us, but we know he needs this. He is an introvert and his brother is an extrovert and I think they could be good for each other. I keep telling him he is welcome to come back home.
I worry about him, he is epileptic and I hope he will stay on top of his meds and such. I have to work with my older son on how to deal with his seizures.
I feel sorry for President Trump, but many X that I detest the evil scum that are still intent on ruining him and his family, all because he put America first and cared about ALL its people.

Only about 15 minutes away. Older son has a full time job, younger son is a full time online college student. He will be home alone most of the time. His best friend will move i the same time as he does, but he works full time too.
No doubt I will be checking I with him a few times/day. But he hasn’t had a seizure in 3 years so that’s reassuring.
Oh, well as a mom, I can understand your concern. Does he have seizures often? I hope he takes his meds like he needs too.
See, now I’m worrying about him too!
Hasn’t had one In 3 years, so it’s well controlled as long as he takes his meds, eats well and sleeps well
