While I still have power for a moment..been watching tributes to our Wonderful Life with Rush.
My parents called me to catch his radio show to hear his wife tell the news of his passing away.
Rest in Peace Rush!

No and no one if few can even get around since Sunday Night.
Everyone is staying put.

The Blackouts have been very hard to deal with.
My water pipe burst last night in my lil basement room and a plumber cannot come out until maybe Friday because of the weather,and roads.
I've no water now as of last night. But the worse is suppose to be tonight with freezing sleet which will cause us all to lose power. Saturday will be our first day of warmer temps.

Talking with a friend — we compare the recent decision by the court that the churches should be opened in CA. State doesn’t have authority to close. Apparently (I wasn’t able to pull up the decision) they stated that case law and pointed to that decision and hearing the case was not necessary.
Am thinking there were 3-6 cases that were the basis for the Gore- Bush decision. Six of the justices are very familiar with those cases as well as the reasoning for the decision in both facets of the cases. Decisions were 5-4 and 7-2. The 7-2 was the section dealing with the FL Statte Supreme Court not following the state constitution. IIRC BREYER was the 7th jurist.

THEREFORE, am thinking since case law is recent and reoccurring a decision is eminent. Expecting at least a 7-2. Vote.

But remember I just studied the law at the feet of my daddy. We’ll see how good of a teacher he was.

Gran, I can’t believe how much I have cried. I have such a bad headache, but every time I hear another tribute to Rush, I can’t help it. I had to stop watching Hannity. My head aches with pain.

I have a in wall gas heater in my bathroom,but rarely use it.
My house was built in 1950 so I kept it part gas and electric.

Maybe the person streaming Hannity lives in TX and their power went out.

Mark Levin said today on the radio that today we mourn Rush but soon we will celebrate his life and his legacy.
