Anyone who works for this foreign corporation is a foreign agent and is unknowingly or knowingly committing fraud against the American people. To collect the interest on these 1040 Bonds, a form 1040 was used by the government. By 1864, the value of these bonds had dropped to 39 cents on the dollar.
In 1861, to collect the interest on those 1040 bonds, Congress created the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Do you think that was just a coincidence? Do you think that maybe the interest was never paid and we are still using the form today to collect?
To handle this bankruptcy, the Comptroller of the Treasury was created in 1863. What does a Comptroller do? He is charged with certain duties in relation to the fiscal affairs of the government, primarily to examine and audit the accounts of collectors of the public money, to keep records and report the financial situation from time to time. But the term we are concerned with is “Comptroller in Bankruptcy”.

I hated teaching. I hated the liberal administration. And this was in a private Christian school. But they were a bunch of hypocrites, they just took the parents money and didn’t deliver. And they knew it.
When I used to volunteer years ago, it was pretty scary how many kids (mostly boys) lined up to get their drugs every day at the school office. Most of these kids never managed to get off chemical dependence....shameful.
Ha! My daughter put my grands in school for one year, a couple of years ago. It was a little Christian school in the nearby town. It cost over $15,000.00 a year. She wanted to give it a try, and she didn’t want the kids to miss out on the school experience.
Well, she knew fairly quickly that the Christian school was using the same flaky methods as the public schools. They pretty much let the kids determine what they wanted to do. The same flaky child-centered philosophy. So much wasted time. It only lasted one year.
You are right that they didn’t care as well. Any parents that questioned them were considered trouble-makers. I had to laugh when the kids went to their Christian library and brought home such awful New Age books, Harry Potter garbage, all kinds of witchcraft.....the teachers didn’t have a clue.
