This is my take on the National Guard’s ongoing presence in Washington D.C.
@RedirectYourEnergy posted an interesting article from the NY Post, In the toot she says that Secret Service is coordinating the National Guard. That is not correct.
FEMA is running the show under Trump’s declaration of a National Disaster on Jan. 11th and extended by FEMA on Feb 1st.

I had the chance to attend Trump’s Victory Rally in Georgia last December.
Amongst the many inspiring things my President said there, he alluded to the fact that something big was in the pipeline following Jan. 1st.
On Jan. 1, 2021 President Trump signed the S.T.O.R.M. Act.
What does the STORM Act do? It expands the powers of FEMA to act under the Stafford Act.
https://www.fema.gov/sites/default/files/2020-03/stafford-act_2019.pdf
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and has the primary responsibility of coordinating national-level emergency management for the federal government’s role in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from domestic disasters, a process which
FEMA is in charge.
Trump was ready.
I trust Trump.
The storm has arrived!
THE END.
Lol
:>)
Hugs coming your way. ((()))
So good to hear from you Dolly!
Another great Point! Yes the top of our driveway is in the shade. Right where we have to turn 90°. Even our four wheel drive truck slid around after this last snow storm.
“Lawmakers will share their personal stories of the Jan. 6 attack on the House floor tonight.”
How long are they going to drag this out? They are all sounding like bitter old women.
How about they get some of the people whose businesses and lives were destroyed from the antifa riots? Let them tell their stories.
These Congress people were hiding behind locked doors. How pitiful. Is that what our founding fathers would have done? They all need to resign. They should be ashamed of their cowardly selves.
LOL, love the tagline! Especially since she would think it was a compliment.
REPORT: Texas Sends 10K COVID Tests to Border as Biden Releases Untested Migrants
Texas health officials reportedly sent 10,000 COVID-19 test kits to the Rio Grande Valley in response to the “swelling numbers” of migrants being released into communities in recent days. The migrants are being released by Border Patrol agents without being tested for the Coronavirus.
Texas State Senator Juan “Chuy” Hinojosa (D-McAllen) told Border Report that the City of McAllen “sounded the alarm” about migrants being released by Department of Homeland Security officials without being tested for the coronavirus. In response, Texas health officials quickly sent 10,000 COVID-19 test kits to the city.
Senator Hinojosa told Border Report the tests have only been requested by McAllen and not other cities in the Rio Grande Valley. He explained that the City of McAllen implemented a “local policy” to test the released migrants. Other communities in the region are “not necessarily” applying the testing policy.
“WHEN will it be ENOUGH for the rest on this site WHEN???”
I will never vote Republican again. They let my Donald stand out completely alone against the evil doers. Therefore that makes them evildoers.
Democrats are sick, why they released them?
“and took years off your own lives by being stressed out FOR NO REASON”
Well, now I feel silly. Not to mention much older.
It appears he sold it (sale was pending at time of this article) right after the election. It might have been listed for sale before the election.
The article states he has other helicopters, but they seem to be based in the UK. Maybe he bought a new one?
I am hoping he won’t need one for, say, the next four years.
Hi Spirit, how have you been doing?
I took a few things over to the house today. Paper towels, cleaning supplies, brooms. Just so I felt like I was doing something.
The funny thing is Cooper loves it there. He was running around outside sniffing all sorts of things. I couldn’t even get him to come in. And he was hanging around the pool that has about two or three feet of frozen rain water - that made me very nervous! Going to have to figure out some kind of little doggie fence.
Hi Lil....just saw the president’s post on gab. I hope it’s him! I would have expected Andrew to post a notice of some kind.
I can always make lemonade out of lemons! LOL
