Same thing as when Simon & Schuster gave a $15 million dollar advance to Bill Clinton and an $8 million dollar advance to Hillary.
And they knew Hillary's book would just be more of her usual lies and distortions.

I think I forgot that I didn’t want a long winding driveway on a hill. That’s all we have now.
Somehow the new house has even a longer driveway that is even steeper. What Was I Thinkin! Probably because it was the only house left for sale. The real estate market here is ridiculous. I just hope it doesn’t crash before we try to sell our house.

This is what is suggested by Linux to fix that error code:
If you encounter this issue, try the following steps:
Log out, clear your web browser’s cache and cookies, then try the video again
Attempt to view the video using a separate browser. Our platform supports all modern web browsers.
Turn off VPN connections (if available) *(I suspect this is my problem; I’m on VPN for work)*
Some corporate networks block access to our content delivery network (CDN). If you are connecting through a corporate/private network, try switching networks.
