I think the time-line is important. By the time the President had said anything that they claim is bad, the Capitol bldg had already been breached. The people listening to his speech had no way to get there in time.

They are saying there won’t be many witnesses. I don’t know everything related to this, but I thought the bogus impeachment was about Trump’s supposed incitement to violence or Insurrection.
