He was saying that since Trump will no longer be President, the Dims THINK that a VP can preside over trials of "ordinary" citizens when necessary. However, Mark was saying that the impeachment began when Trump was President, so the VP cannot preside.
Nothing entertaining on DU; they’re still doing the ‘Orange Man Gone’ dance and rejoicing at all the social justice reversals Biden has done to notice things that will hit them in the pocketbook.
But one thing I noticed posted on there was a story that President Trump was making the threat to start a new party to give him leverage during impeachment.
