I don’t know chess. What kind of move is Castle Rock? Is there a switch of some kind? I hope!
It has been several years, but I recall a specific move that involves the king and rook on the back row, when no night or bishop is in the way, that a transposition of those two pieces can happen, called a castle. It’s the only move that allows the king to move more than one space, I think I’m remembering correctly!

It’s a long game strategy of getting your pawns to the other side and queened while the opponent is attempting to attack you king position. This results in the opponent weaking their own defense just as you are increasing power on his side of the board.
