Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

From the official WH youtube chanel, there are two different videos, it appears he signed a bunch on different days, at 3 different locations. Very strange.

No it is not over. I have been in enough fights to know. This fight is not even close to being over.
President Trump has put it all on the line for the American People. His life, his fortune, his sacred honor...his family for God's sake, are forfeit if he - if we fail.
There can be no bunkering in. Passive defense is not an option and we know that President Trump will fight until he prevails or dies.
He really has no other choice.
We do though. Eventually we will have to make the choice that he cannot.
