Oceanside things appear the same - though a little more coast guard presence the past 2 days in the Potomac/Cheaspeake Bay. On west coast Navy is squawking a lot more with numerous ships visible compared to the East coast. But still see a destroyer or two near ports on the east coast.
US markets are up today dow 0.5%, S&P 0.8%, Nasdaq 1.3%. Nothing huge, but definitely pushing higher. Volume is lower then the past 3 month average.,,, actually only 2 days in past 6 months has been lower. This tells me that people are still holding back expecting - waiting
