This has been my increasing thought over the past few days ... it insulates Trump from the military actions but still allows for pure elections.

If the military does that I hope they plan bipartisan or quadro-partisan oversight as opposed to Pennsylvania, Michigan, and mythical water mains.

I get the feeling they would too. True transparency at an unprecedented level.

And border security too I would guess.
