This passage is one of the many reasons why I feel like Trump has a plan. There is no way he would let the 4+ years of abuse go unanswered. But, hey, I am also an optimist.

I am pro-Trump and hope that he does have a plan that includes staying in power. Just for the record.
My belief in Q is somewhat less than my trust in Trump.
Q could be anything from the real deal to a fantasy. Perhaps the outcome of the next three days will tell any thinking onlooker which of those is the case. I will not prejudge the conclusion. But if Trump were to retire to Mar-a-lago and leave politics, pr if he were to suffer retributions without any visible ability to fight back against them, then how could anyone seriously accept that Q was a credible source?

Could be an accident, but what’s interesting is that even Trump’s ‘unscripted’ moments seem designed to maximize misdirection.
That is certainly something I've given a lot of thought to. Trump could have ended the whole thing with just one offhand remark at a rally or with a single tweet.
Guess we have 48 hours to find out one way or the other.
If Trump just accepts the fraudulent election results and goes quietly back to Mar-A-Lago while Biden is handed the reins of power, we all would have been played for fools. I just cannot see it happening this way, unless the Deep State finally managed to beat him down.
He did not appear beaten down when I saw him speak in person on January 6.
Yes. I will be hugely disappointed if Trump just goes off to Florida and that’s that. I do not expect that outcome. I’m told that nothing can stop what’s coming.

I, for one, don’t subscribe to that. I think the next few days will be ‘Where were you when Kennedy was shot’ historical.
What’s hard is that most people watched that all on one of the big networks. In 2021, besides OAN, which is pretty lean, this will be a different collective experience.
Checkmate may have two purposes:
1. Protect Biden from assassination attempts
2. Arrest him when the evidence comes out.
Right about now I would be very happy to have Biden address the nation, confess to all his crimes including election fraud, and concede to Trump.
In the middle of the night I was woken up by a "boom!". Don't know what it was. My first thought was "oh no, I missed it, why did I fall asleep?"
