I think Nancy in between so that would portend other plans for her.

no goes down the line of succession. but if potus/vp term expires at noon and Biden and Harris haven’t taken the oath and are arrested then it would go to House speaker (Pelosi) if she’s under arrest then on down the line SOS is toward the top

SOS becomes president if there is no legitimate pres and vp? President pro tempore of the Senate is next after SOH, but the idea would be Grassley steps aside.
