Bank with regional/smaller banks or credit unions
re: Boycott Apple!
I’ve decided not to buy another Apple phone. BlackBerry has licensed the manufacture of a new phone for 2021, and there are other alternatives as well.
I’ve had a cellphone since they got smaller than a lunch box. Then they got smaller and smaller... and smaller than a pack of cigarettes. Then smartphones got bigger and bigger :)
I was with BlackBerry for many years and still use their Passport model with keyboard. Also got an iPhone6 a few years ago and it’s still working but needs a new battery.
Has anyone heard of Patriot Mobile? A mobile service that doesn’t support left wing agendas like most of the others. Dana someone on talk radio was advertising it recently I think.

I just want their website to work, so I can use my membership there.
While I can now sometimes log on to Gab I dread refreshing a page or clicking a link because most often it freeze and times out. And getting back to where you were becomes a major chore.

A “smart” phone without a billion compatatable apps is just a dumb phone.
Nobody wants those.
I expect what GAB is working on, is an Android version that has trackers and reporting to Google removed. Similar to the Brave browser and the their Dissenter browser, which is the open source Chrome, that is stripped of the Google trackers and reporting. I believe that their are a few others in the marketplace that have taken the open source Android and attempted this.
There may be a lot of grannies/pa’s buying this phone for their personal use.
