Umm... excuse me.. we watched the Democrats spend two weeks stealing a half dozens states to win and watched their judiciaries and legislatures and the Federal courts and congress let them. I'm not sure if we have a Republic anymore.

Then why did SCOTUS not take the cases? These weren’t just liberal Justices, these were some Trump appointed justices. You think they are all in this “steal”
Please explain. I want to believe all this “Dominion” stuff and ballot changing, but where was the evidence. Just because Lin Wood and the other lawyers say they saw, heard , have affidavits doesnt mean it was true.

What the Democrats did was Ballot Harvest and Used multiple ways to gather Mail in Votes. Call it cheating, but the SOS and the State Legislators voted to accept these types of votes, because of COVID. SO the Democrats took advantage of it. Thousands and Thousands of young democrats and progressives ascended on strategic states and they went to nursing homes, went through the internet to search for people and they filled in ballots, they signed for them, the voter. NO one challenged them. Oh wait yes they did, they had a recount. AND COUNTED THE SAME VOTES. This was legit in their eyes because the Democrats/Legislaotrs including Kemp and SOS in GA signed a deal to accept these type of votes. WE WERE OUT SMARTED and played. They weren’t ready for Trump in 2016, They were this time. I am as sad and angry as anyone else, but the GOP DID NOTHING!

In my opinion, the biggest failure in the last presidential election was in the state legislatures, not Congress or the courts. My sense is that the whole thing came down to this:

1. The election was basically stolen.

2. The ballot counts were probably "correct" -- or as close to correct as you can get in an election. What I mean by this is that the zany statements about machines manipulating votes was a lot of nonsense that should have been easy to verify.

3. The fraud was nothing more than an old-fashioned exercise in "ballot stuffing." The ballot counts were correct, but the number of illegal ballots was probably enormous.

4. The court challenges were futile because the law requires solid proof and not just strong evidence ... and identifying clear cases of fraud in a legal process that had to be completed in less than two months is damn near impossible.

5. The legislatures should have put a stop to the whole thing even before Election Day. If that didn't work, they should have at least voted on alternative slates of presidential electors and sent those to Congress for the January 6th certification. This was the only way Congress could credibly refuse to certify a state's electors as originally submitted.

I would also point out that there's a damn good chance Biden didn't need a lot of fraud to win. Allowing people to sit at home and vote by mail will drive up the "legitimate" voter turnout in two particular groups of voters: (A) lazy ones, and (B) stupid ones. And, yes -- I'd say at least 90% of the Americans who fall into one of these two groups are Democrats.
