They can impeach Trump, but there will be no trial in the Senate to confirm it until after the 20th, Then it will be useless because Trump will be a private citizen.

Isn’t that what I indicated - Pointless. Though crazy NaziNan doesn’t act like pointless registers on her radar. Also not possible according to that lawyer private citizens aren’t impeachable.
