Florida remains the Rodney Dangerfield of states, admired by some but derided by many. In his book “Best. State. Ever: A Florida Man Defends His Homeland,” Dave Barry laments that his adopted home is considered a “joke state.” But even Mr. Barry concedes that Florida, “because of its unique shape and warm climate, does have an unusually high percentage of low IQ people doing stupid things, frequently naked.”
Florida is picked on reflexively, regardless of the situation, perhaps because bullies in the media are too dumb or unoriginal to vary their targets.

In any case, if Florida is full of naked, low-IQ individuals, Americans must not mind, because no state had a net in-migration rate anywhere close to Florida’s in the last decade.

Shhhhhhh. Please don’t tell anybody that Florida is well governed, has one of the best education systems in the US, has one of the best business climates too. Along with great weather. And it does it with strong cost control and no income tax.

Some disagreement about the humor - it seems more directed at those low-iq individuals rather than the state as a whole. The best laughs in many years have come about due to “Florida Man” antics.
I like Florida.

All I can say is it sucks here. I couldn’t recommend anyone moving here for any reason. in fact...I’m thinking of moving OUT of Fla. Asap.

Or make it a law ballot boxes will be picked up by Fed Ex at the same time - and counted ONLY when their ALL boxes are in... That's one way to stop voter fraud Florida style - - where dems wait to see how many ballots need to be stuffed before turning in their boxes.
AND DeSantis needs to have fake names added to the roles so we can see where the fraud is taking place... If someone 'votes' people who don't exist - it's more proof against democrat thugs.
