Twitter just banned Trump. How does he get his message out?

He wasn’t going to get his message out via Twitter anyway. I’m sure they have staff watching everything he posts. I would not be surprised if they also have a delay of some kind like they have on radio, so they can stop Tweets from going out.
Are we to look to Twitter for the president to post a message there? Or does this refer to the Twitter ban as the start of something that leads to an EAM message?
Trump could post a message via an account that has not been pulled down, an account of someone loyal to him and known as loyal, such as Scavino.
It would be a hoot if he posted from Pence's Twitter account.
Can you imagine how many derps' hearts would leap into their throats?
