Did the female protest victim have a spouse or children? Lack of immediate family might indicate she was selected for the job so she could then disappear into a new identity.

I’m going to tread lightly here, but this shooting is not adding up. Parts and pieces of a true crime scene are missing. First, the reaction of the cop with long gun is bizarre. He should have ordered the shooter to the ground. Looks like they exchanged words and gestures and the shooter moved out of the hallway. It was reported he left via the elevator. Second, this is the difficult part. Taking a .40 or .45 in the neck would be a horrific wound. Huge amount of blood loss, very obvious soft tissue damage. Small entry wound a major blowout wound on the other side.
I’m not saying the lady wasn’t shot and killed, just the scenario presented in the shooting video doesn’t add up.
