watch that video again - there is blood in her mouth ONLY. There is nothing going to the floor. This was supposedly a shot to the neck that took out her carotid artery whereupon she quickly bled to death. Note the paramedic right there on the scene at the time spends his time talking to people instead of doing anything (why is/was he even there at the ready?) ... IDK but the more I see about this the more it raises questions than answers them. Looking at video you posted it appears to be one of the hollywood blood capsules.
