a couple of guys next to the doors\window are dressed like antifa.
She falls backwards and one guy puts up his hands, like antifa.
Then the guy in green pushes his way in and starts attending to her... as an antifa “medic” would do...maybe he broke a blood capsule?

It looks to me like the cop (all in black with the rifle) checks the shooter out and recognizes the shooter as a cop (Capitol Police) or U.S. Secret Service. That’s what the thumbs up means - you’re on my team.

That's simple. He saw that the shooter was a cop and signaled "We're cool".
