I'm inclined to believe the suggestion that she was CIA, and that this was a clown op all the way.
Another poster noted there were officers right behind her - so in essence the shooter was shooting at the officers if, as one would expect, the bullet entered and then left.
I found the “blood” to be much too vibrant and lighter colored than it should have been, and much too thin in viscosity. Also, the people who first touched her, jerked her body up. We all know you should not do that to any injured person. I smell a rat in that whole scene.
