Lockdowns: Italy, Canada,

I did a search and see nothing about blackouts in Germany, Austia, or Paris.

Possibly they are on tap for tomorrow night.

Vatican is blacked out. Roadblocks have been set up closing off the Vatican and all roads going into what I call the old part of the city.
