Trump was an idiot to ask people to come to DC for a rally. What happened was forseeable. I forsaw it and posted against it weeks ago. There has never been a MAGA rally in DC that didn’t end in antifa violence with MAGA tarred for the blame. Trump was an idiot not to know that. I pray for him and am grateful for the good things he accomplished or tried to accomplish over 4 years, but he was a massive tool to encourage and get involved with this rally
If Lin wood was there speaking he would have had the crowd whipped up and maybe yelled charge himself. Trump went there to show support for the people that supported him. Yeah the antifa problem was gonna be there but can’t back down from them or let them change what he is doing. No need to give them any more power than they have already. But I agree with you to a extent. Something was bound to happen at this point with the steal getting more and more obvious it was going to be withheld right in our faces and blatant.

Trump has never been an idiot. There are very few people on this planet who can think on their feet better in crisis situations.
The rally and speeches accomplished a very useful purpose to have all those people there. It closed a very important chapter of what comes next.
It aroused righteous indignation in Trump followers — the casual way that Pence skirted around the issue. And now we see Ted Cruz, the turncoat, showing his true colors.
These observations have taught us much. Plus Trump’s speech was worth waiting for. I also saw many new faces give speeches and they were short, to the point, and terrific. These are tomorrow’s leaders. I liked what I saw and I’m grateful to everyone who took the time and trouble to go there and support our President.
