No one is going to arrest Trump (at least in the near term). But you can bet that a few states will eventually file charges against him. They’ll claim Trump broke some obscure tax law or some obscure public order law.
New York will probably lead the way on that.

I wouldn’t doubt it, and he won’t be the only one. That’s pretty much de rigueur for totalitarian states, all opponents are arrested and made to disappear. Expect conservative media to disappear as well using newly created “hate speech” laws.
