Judging from the tone of Joe Biden who is speaking about “justice”, I would say the odds of Trump being arrested are great.
With Biden, I would say it all boils down to revenge.
I have to wonder if Trump will spill the beans further on these CCP lovers who have sold our country to communism.
Hence Trump pardoning not only his family but himself. Nothing in the Constitution prevents a President from pardoning himself.
The pardons will be blanket pardons like Nixon’s in all likelihood, pardoning himself and his family for ANY Federal Crimes committed from June, 2015 (when Trump rode down the escalator thru NOON EST January 20th, 2021!
Guiliani and other speakers at the January 6th protest may get pardoned as well after the DC US Attorney threatened to prosecute the speakers, Trump included for inciting the violence at the US Capitol!
