The BBC have refused to comment on speculation that Jodie Whittaker has quit her role as the 13th Time Lord on Doctor Who.

It was reported on Sunday by The Mirror that Jodie had turned in her notice for the long-running sci-fi/adventure series after three years on the show

A BBC spokesman told Digital Spy: 'We won't be commenting on any speculation around Jodie's future on the show.'

Now this something to celebrate for 2021. I watched the first episode of Ms. Whittaker as Doctor WhoWoke. I said to myself this sucked and have never watch an episode again. From my limited knowledge via some YouTube channels it appears to be best if Doctor Who went into hibernation. From what I understand Doctor Woke did serious violence to the canon.

Now, now, be nice, Dr. Who is a real doctor, just like Dr. Jill.

Men are performers and women are accessories in the entertainment industry. This hasn’t changed.

David Tennant was really good too.

Credit to Karen Gillan and Billie Piper for being great with their respective Doctors.

I watched one episode of DOCTOR WHO years ago but could not really understand what was going on (same as starting a novel in the middle). The only thing I got out of it was that his assistant was cute but that was not enough to sit through another one.

May not be my cup of tea but you have to give a shout out to a show that has been on since 1963.

Don’t forget Alex Kingston, who played River Song.

You could tell that the series was about to go full-woke when they brought in the black lesbian Companion .

All along the series, there would be unfulfilled romantic tension between the Doctors and the Companions. That broke down with the lesbian.

I watched reruns of Doctor Who over the holidays. I liked Tennant because he could be cold, hard and calculating, but also gentle and kind. I did like Smith, who honestly had hotter companions. I mean Amy Pond what's not to like? Pretty, red hair and a Scottish accent. My favorite episode with Smith and Gillian was “Vincent and the Doctor.”

The writers seemed to take the series in a darker direction with Smith and after he left. I love reruns of Eccleston, Tennant and Smith. I can give or take Capaldi.

Doctor Who was something my daughter and I watched together when she was in high school so it has a kind of nostalgia attached to it. We share very dry humor and love British comedies. We were watching the “Thin Blue Line” with Rowan Atkinson. We notice he had a small Tardis on his desk in the show. One episode I notice the Tardis moved around the room depending on the scene. Obviously an inside joke on the set. My daughter bought me a small Tardis coffee cup for Christmas. Whenever she visited my office, she would move the Tardis to a different spot in the office. It was a running joke with us that no body else understood, unless they watched Dr. Who.
