Cruz oscillates between his Good Guy role and his Bad Guy role.
And, for me, that makes him 100% Bad Guy. I neither like him nor trust him.
So what exactly will happen on 01/06? Will Hawley still object, along with however many Reps are on record stating that intention? Does the (planned) audit commission supersede everything? Or is it merely being “discussed”?
“Cruz oscillates between his Good Guy role and his Bad Guy role. And, for me, that makes him 100% Bad Guy. I neither like him nor trust him.”
They’re totally trashing Cruz on The Donald. I think his ‘evolution’ here was first thinking he’d keep quiet as that was the best way to get rid of Trump (just like most other Republicans). But then he figured out that he better get on Trump’s side if he doesn’t want to be laughed out of the 2024 Primaries - so here he is!!!
Remember shortly after the Republican convention when Cruz flew with Obama on AF1 in 2016?
Shortly after he refused to support Trump during his convention speech.

Including when he volunteered to present the Texas case at SCOTUS... practically guaranteed they would not hear it— that and the obvious TOOL that is the blackmailed Roberts.
This needs to culminate on Jan 6th— millions will be there— there is no doubt. And much will happen in the time remaining.
I agree.
Ben Carson probably doesn’t trust him, either.
Cruz is very good at one thing, getting himself in the spotlight. He has improved his image with many since the primary election in 2016. It makes one wonder who his Doctor Higgins actually has been. The beard would have been a bad move for many but it is definitely an improvement for him. And he has also worked on his voice; I doubt that anyone misses his formerly common high pitched nasally squeak. But sadly as far as substance goes he is as inconsistent as ever.
Sydney Powell is correct, calling for another do nothing federal commission with a ten day limit is likely not to be helpful and just delay something that should be dealt with right now. It looks like a weaselly... look at this hand while we install Biden with the other hand maneuver. The fraud is obvious, the evidence has been covered up and hidden by judges, the media, the Democrats and Republican insiders like Cruz.
The case needs to be laid out and presented to the American public in the open in a big way right now... not ten days from now. Anything else is a cowardly stall tactic. Rip the band-aid off now and expose this festering smelly gangrenous wound to the sunlight before the entire leg has to be hacked off. If that is not what Cruz has in mind then he is part of the problem and not the solution.
For someone who poses as a champion for pure Constitutionalism, this whacky idea for a commission made up of RINOs, democRATS and duty shunning Supreme Court globalists is pure insanity; unless Cruz INTENDS to coronate the corrupt Biden & Harris. The COTUS mentions NO ad hoc commission. It clearly says what is needed. The VP evaluates the Electoral Votes, and a Rep and a Senator can challenge any or all; and so forth.
In any compromise between food and poison, death wins.
Dido, I have never liked or trusted Ted Cruz. I vote for him since he votes the right way most of the time. But he’ll put a knife in your back in a NY second if he thinks it will help him politically.
Trump asked Cruz to argue his case with the Supremes. As such I view him as a good guy. I think Cruz understands this fiasco very well.
You are exhitting classic BPDisorder symptoms.
China Joe will NEVER be My President!
Had been trusting him prior to this.
I was for Cruz before Trump threw his hat into the ring.
Then I saw him Spurn Trumps offer of the VP spot.
Then I watched him walk past Trump and Ben Carson while smirking (While Trump politely stood next to Doctor Carson and waited- One of the classiest moves I’ve ever seen a politician do)
I think he’s been pretty good in the Senate and would make a good supreme court justice. But in Leadership decisions like this, not so good.
Yep.
