If the neither of the two Georgia runoff races are decided by January 6^th, Kelly Loeffler would still be a Senator but David Perdue would not be. His seat would be considered 'open' since his term expires with the convening of the new Congress.

But, is it truly “open” if the election of Nov 3 throws out the fraudulent ballots and it is found that Perdue was actually elected on Nov 3 with +50%?
And a Jan5 run-off was not needed.
