Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

This is the most important point Wood brings up.
We have conjectured that Roberts may be blackmailed over the adoption of his Irish children being illegal.
I always thought that wouldn't be enough to cause Roberts problems he couldn't survive.
Think about what Wood is asking. He is asking him what Q has been telling us all along.
The 'cabal' or 'club' Wood is asking about is exactly what we know to be a thing.
Now THAT would be a problem for Mr. Roberts. Don't you think?
What kind of 'cabal' or 'club' would require as the price of admission, children?
