Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

Over at libertyauthors someone speculated that Gohmert is a blackhat who was trying to get the courts to preemptively rule that Pence could not refuse the fraudulent Electoral votes.
I don’t know if that is true but it might explain this move by Pence if Pence is a whitehat and plans on rejecting the fraudulent votes.
Good points raised in the response; they identified the proper defendant.
Now let’s see if more legislators come on board with protesting the election results.

But in its reply, the court just said VP Pence —does— have the power to refuse the fraudulent votes.

the objection must be against accepting electors from ANY state that used Dominion systems. Dominion is a national security threat

The committee could only request that the Board of Elections make the records available. If there is something hinky in them, the Board may decline the request.
