I’ve spoken with the guys at the barber shop, the guys at the football games, guys in the neighborhood and it’s always the same answer: “I don’t want to lose my job.”
That’s it. It’s about the job. They don’t want to be vocal because they don’t want to lose their means of providing for their families. A real counter won’t happen until folks have lost everything.
I see the guys at all the rallies and I wonder how many of those dudes own their own businesses, are retired, are single and such. Seems like an awful lot have the time to show up at rallies held in the middle of the week.
The guys I know don’t have the ability to do that sort of thing.
I’ll say this though, when (not if) that day comes... it’ll be a blood bath.
Unfortunately if Trump isn’t in office in 2021 you will probley not like the reponse to the leftist/communists.

I tired - I rang 2,500 door bells for Trump in OH and worked a polling place. I worked on the 2016 campaign too. I never did that before.
The GOPe never liked Trump, even with his successes. Now this is their chance to throw him overboard, rather than to fight for the concept of fair elections. They assume we will still vote for them since the aren’t Dems.

The difference being is that PDJT warned us repeatedly that an attack was coming but we were lulled into a sense of complacency by deep state operatives posing as PDJT supporters or unwitting tools of the deep state who kept telling us that there was no need to worry as PDJT was going to win in such a landslide that there was no way the Democrats could steal enough votes to overcome that.
They were aided by the false prophets who preached that God spoke to them personally saying that He was going to ensure PDJT would win on election day. This also was effective into lulling us into complacency.
We will never defeat the enemy we see across the field, the Democrats and liberals, until we first deal harshly with the enemy who walk amongst us.
Headline clarity helps. I too thought it was about the WHOLE attack on our nation by enemies foreign and domestic, not just about the Chinese Death Booger Lies.
