Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

The ladders in the pictures also tell the story. The pictures with the ladder on the right hand side is a picture of the passenger side that has the curbside door.
If the picture shows the ladder on the left the pic has been reversed. Those also show reversed printing with the capital letter in a position where on would have to read it from right to left.
The door side has a smaller window and it sets higher up on the passenger side than the window that sits lowere as well as being wider.
The red square is centered on a shadow cast by a protrusion on a bright day under a high sun. You don’t see the rectangular shadow in the nocturnal photo because there is of course no sunlight beaming down. You can, however, look closely and discern there is a protrusion in the same position in the nocturnal picture, it just isn’t casting a sharp shadow.
