No, she’s specifically talking about “communities of color.” Just so we’re clear, a group of people is going to receive different (preferential) treatment based solely on the color of their skin. I’m pretty sure that’s called racism.
I worked for two hellish years in the hood with these people.
Hardly any wanted to do anything positive to boost themselves or work towards a long term goal - that was racism to put effort into anything.
It was always about today and what can you do for me - always!
