Thinking about that—this is a contingent election. Allegiance is to the Constitution. Military knows what a contingent election means. They are not going to reveal secrets to a suspected CCP compromised candidate when the election is not yet decided.

We may see a few more plausible stories that indicate adherence to protecting the Republic while seemingly complying with transition. TBD
