We have at least one hold back county in Mo. It’s St. Louis County.
Always some lame brain excuse:
Computer glitches/failure. Electrical failure. They’ve even had times where they got a judge to hold the polls open later than usual after all the other polling places have closed. SMH.
Perhaps many St Louis county voters don’t get up until 11:00 and for that reason they get a special dispensation to hold the polls later? (Or am I a bad man to point his out?)
