"Which MI one is this? Which assertions?"

FYI, In this case, "MI" does not represent a State.

The unit that wears this patch...

...is the 305th (Cyber) MI Battalion, stationed at Fort Huachuca, AZ...

It has been reported that the unit "harvested" info on the Dominion/Scytl/CIA server that was captured in Frankfurt, Germany.

Was that "helpful"?

So who decides whether a case brought to the Supreme Court is docketed or not?

I agree, that is ideal.

I have been calling and emailing my Republican state and congressional representatives and urging them to stand up for us.

But, for whatever reason, many of them won’t. I support the efforts of anyone who is. I don’t understand the push by many on FR to malign anyone fighting on our side. Those same people are also on social media urging Americans to put pressure on our state reps and they have a wide reach. They are leading the charge in words and actions - why are so many here so intent on disparaging them?

"I can't see how this is going to change anything."

Not surprising -- considering where you keep your head...

Saving the republic doesn’t seem to be an issue of importance to the Court...Their paychecks and retirement are secure; that’s the only thing they care about.

This is now clear to all. They got theirs. Either we ourselves do something, or nobody will.

The world’s most acclaimed forecaster, Martin Armstrong had this to say,
“The refusal of the Supreme Court to hear the Texas case was an outrage and a disgrace to the nation and the world. Now both sides will forever claim they won and that means the ONLY solution will be violence. So, I suppose if you hate Trump that much, are you willing to risk your life in a street battle? For that day will come. Guess you better buy some ammo.”

Armstrong has been spot on for many years, his forecasts are made by his super computer, “Socrates”, not his “ opinion”, he only publishes the results.

Response of the Defendants is not due until 1/14/21, so looks like a non-starter to me.

Yes, eight days after the vote is counted in Congress.

Before you think it will go anywhere, read Lin Wood’s twitter of this morning about “justices” Roberts and Breyer. It makes me sick I could absolutely vomit. He tweeted there was a phone call conversation between Roberts and Breyer concerning how to keep President Trump from being elected. President Trump needs to enact the EO now!

I read that too. If true, explains why Roberts will kill anything that hits SCOTUS.

The response from the Michigan Gov is not required until Jan 14, 2021. This means that the court is slowing walking justice to as to run out the clock.

It’s Powell’s clients who need to have standing, not Powell herself.

However, because this case is on appeal, SCOTUS has the discretion to not hear the case, and they don’t even need to give a reason. They can simply deny certiorari.

That was what was different about the Texas case. Suits between states are tried at SCOTUS under the Court’s exclusive jurisdiction - there isn’t any other place.

It is on the docket because it was appealed there. It means absolutely nothing. The poster says “It’s on!” - no, it is not.

What the hell is more relevant than a score of states claiming fraud occurred?

I think there’s a lot of frustration with false promises, lack of execution, unwarranted hype, etc. that builds up over time. Disappointment after disappointment also creates distrust and skepticism.

I do respect people who try to move the ball down field. Unfortunately most Republicans seem to be content with sitting in the grandstands rather than getting out on the field and playing to win.

Bottom line, and its just my view, we need a lot more people leading the charge (as you put it). And we need people committed to pushing back on liberalism and getting results. Worse, the Republicans often seem like they are rooting for the other team.

As the old adage goes, after all is said and done there’s a lot more said than done. I think that’s what bugging people.
