WHAT IF TRUMP STATES ON JANUARY 20, 2021:

“THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION FRAUD INVESTIGATION WILL CONTINUE AND IS NOT STOPPING UNTIL EVIDENCE OF FRAUD IS COMPLETELY REVEALED, FOUND AND UNCOVERED.”

Ok, so let’s we what happens in the GA case which is also docketed, then.

Some of the filings have had to skip steps because time is of the essence. Trump/Shafer tried to file at the GA Supreme Court because the state court has not set a date even though they filed in state court on 12/4 and still don’t have a hearing.

They are doing whatever they can to get these cases heard. Why malign and ridicule them? They are fighting for you.

“The U.S. military can still defeated the Chinese PLA, but it doesn’t matter if Biden would stand down as China conquers Taiwan. Hopefully Japan and South Korea will develop a nuclear deterrent very quickly.”

WWIII

After Japan and South Korea, they will go after Australia then India. Maybe India will take first strike with Australia coming in for backup.

I don’t know that it is, but I also don’t see where it helps to disparage the people fighting on our behalf.

Do you have a better idea of how to fight the fraud? If so, please post.

So you think Wood’s lawsuit will have merit then. His case is as a voter, docketed at SCOTUS.

If it’s still in dispute on Jan 20th, say hello to President Nancy Pelosi.

IANAL - I Am Not A Lawyer. But I read the filing available at the link given. But there is no ‘Kraken’ in it. ‘Kraken’ is a software suite for tracking internet packets and the servers and users where they are initiated and transferred (’IP’), and contain device identification of the origination of a transaction (’MAC’). The capture of the server in Frankfurt, Germany (allegedly defended by Gina Haspel and a CIA ‘officer’) resulted in 5 deaths. This was not in the filed brief. There was no mention of matching MACs to GA voting machines found on the German server in the brief.

And I didn’t find a request for action. That’s fine, because all the courts (including SCOTUS) can rule on is whether a state election was UNLAWFUL according to its election laws. But the brief treated only seemed to treat the cheats on individual state basis, with no mention of matching the MACs in GA to vote packets in Germany.

The real Kraken will involve military tribunals. The sooner the perps are in GITMO, the better. So let’s get ‘Kraken’!

May might YHVH (God) intervene to prove law & justice in case which Sidney is presenting to the court. May our country be ruled by law and may Your enemies be scattered before you. Amen

If Trump has proof Biden is compromised, I cannot see how he can turn the country over to Biden and honor his Oath of Office.

The only permitted facts here in MI is that it was all operator error and fixed in minutes. No other thoughts may be considered. Please report thought abusers to the Truth committees.

If that’s the case then we’ll be in luck if Vladimir Putin sends her some coconut polonium pistachio flavored ice cream. It’d serve her right.

It would be nice if Republicans would unify for once, rally around the president and fight like hell for us. I mean really right for once, given what’s at stake. They need to let the Dems know in no uncertain terms that they will do whatever it takes to save the republic. If that means taking extreme measures then so be it. Our freedom, liberty, heritage, culture and way of life are at stake yet the GOP acts like they want to compromise on some trivial piece of legislation. They should be 100% solidified behind whatever the president needs to do to expose the fraud and, if necessary, invoke martial law. But by and large they refuse to do that.

A strongly unified and determined Republican Party could put a lot of pressure on the courts to treat us fairly instead of jerking us around to protect the Deep State.

If the GOP continues to shrug its responsibility to the country the courts will feel no pressure to do anything.

JMHO.

I have not seen any equal protection arguments advanced so far in the glut of lawsuits. Thats what Bush v. Gore was decided on, a completely different issue than usurpation of constitutionally granted rights over elections, and completely different than a Fraud case. A case is only as good as the arguments advanced by counsel.

The Texas case was specifically about the elector’s clause of the Constitution. There are other ways that DJT and other parties could make legal arguments that they have standing, just as GWB was able to have standing back in the 2000 elections.

Having said that, I do think that courts (at all levels) are basically trying to be Pontius Pilate in this election. They are trying to “wash their hands” and not get involved.

Any cases that are docketed as appeals (Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, etc.) to SCOTUS can simply be denied certiorari with no reason given, because SCOTUS has complete discretion to hear (or not hear) cases on appeal.

Unless something major happens, the most likely places for something to happen are state legislatures (who can still decide to certify the alternate electors from their state), the Vice President (who has a role in counting the votes of the Electoral College votes), the House, and the Senate.

Why do you believe that is incorrect?

Have you ever read court orders regarding technicalities that can be cured? If you never have, then there is no way you could see what I see.
They quoted the portion of the constitution elections clause that was at issue. Front and center is STATE LEGISLATURES.

>>> Response of the Defendants is not due until 1/14/21, so looks like a non-starter to me.

Oh wow... they might as well refuse to hear it!!!

All the other cases were docketed too, but were rejected for hearings. How do we know they won’t do the same thing with her, and claim she has no standing with the court?

We don’t. But no docket = 100% chance of nothing happening.

President Trump still has not conceded, unlike many of the posters in this thread.
