Pretty strong resemblance, I’d say. Is that his sideburn jutting at an angle or just a shadow? It would be interesting to find other photos of him in that time period to see if he wore his sideburns that way. Also height comparison to those around him to see if it matches what one would expect.
I agree. The ears don’t really look the same either.
The hairline does look different. The size of the ears don’t seem to match either.
