Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

That's the one thing that rubs me the wrong way about Dr. Shiva. He did not invent "EMAIL" or the name, which he claims to have done as a 14-year-old in 1978. I was using Arpanet-based email in 1973. (Because of the lack of password security, I was able to read Marvin Minsky's MIT email over the Arpanet from Caltech that summer. I don't recall it mentioning Epstein.)

Yes, that’s right.
States can (and have) sued one another before. And the only place they can really sue one another is at SCOTUS, where the court has original jurisdiction. Original jurisdiction means that SCOTUS acts as a trial court and there are no appeals (because there isn’t a higher court to appeal to).
