Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Some humans have carried the weight of the world upon their shoulders. Trump right now is an example.
Add to that what DrDude notes above - there is video of everything and I presume + hope that includes no such agency quality + volume of collection, there are cameras at every traffic light, every piece of mail scanned through the system. My high school Driversrs Ed teacher was a vet. When I got on the freeway, for the first time, he grabbed his steering wheel and started veering it back and forth, simulating a blown tire.
I had to grab the wheel and fight the veer.
