I don't have a clue about all the legal stuff going on and I certainly don't understand the latin terms being used.
My question(s) are: 1) What will the SCOTUS decision be if they hear the case and 2) What happens if they don't?
In my opinion, this election has been stolen through blatant, in your face, slap your mama fraud with the guilty parties not caring they were caught since big media (the networks) and big tech (facebook, etc.) are denying and deleting any dissent.
I grew up in the 50's. This makes me fear for the future of my grandkids..
SCOTUS will take the case, and rule the vote unconstitutional in the four disputed states.
Luckily, there is a constitutional remedy - they will rule it's up to the states' legislatures to appoint electors. IOW, they will punt it back to the states.
From here it gets a little muddier. Will they appoint Biden or Trump electors? That's not for SCOTUS to decide.
We all know what the dems will want, and the media will clamor for. I fear they will get it.
You are remarkably calm. Aften Biden/Harris legalizes 30 million illegls, opens the borders to all comers, signs all of them up for government benefits and makes them permanent Socialist voters, the country will never be the same again. It will be lucky to survive at all, but it will be made into the Marxist model of a wealthy and pampered ruling party and functionaries and a disarmed, poor, and deprived proletariat. Small business and the middle class will be permanently crushed so there are no numbers and resources to seriously challenge the rulers. And if they take the two Georgia Senate seats, then they can also pack the court if they want.
We are pretty much screwed at this point unless we go full Patriot/Revolution mode and I don’t see that remotely happening. I still see even on here, “Call your representatives!” The system and half the population are broken and beyond repair.
I am calm.
I’ve spent the last 15 months fighting with my wife for her life.
This shit is just shit. It doesn’t matter to me. The ARE more important things in life. Like life.
I am very sorry for your wife’s condition and wish you and her the best, but I wanted to show why the grandkids will not be okay.

The grandkids will be fine. Are you concerned that your kids are not doing their job? That sounds like a “you” problem.
My kids are established and solid. They work hard and they are raising their kids right. I wish I was going to be around to see the grandkids grow up to run the world.

Hardly...I’m up at at 5am every single morning to meet with vets and others at church at 6am to pray, especially for the safety of this POTUS and our nation. Rest assured, I, and they, are definitely NOT on China’s side.
China has been devastated this year with floods, no crops, etc. They’ve not been blessed like our nation has been blessed.
They want, and need, our farmland.
We want, and need, the Lord’s intervention.
Why I’m dubious:
